Restore purchases

Open the grown-ups corner with the gear button, answer the grown-up question, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Mylawni and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the renewal.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Daily time limit

In the grown-ups corner, choose a daily limit of 15, 30 or 45 minutes. You can also turn on a break reminder every 20 minutes.

Language

Mylawni follows the language of the device. To choose English or French yourself, open the grown-ups corner and pick a language.
